If you’re looking to start a body contouring business in Texas, then it is a good idea to look into whether you need a licence or not. So what are the body contouring business licensing requirements? If you are feeling confused about the answer to that question – and you’ve started some research to find the licensing requirements. So why is it so difficult to find the answer? These treatments are fairly new concepts, and they also do not penetrate or pierce the skin making them low risk.
There is no federal licencing requirement and non-invasive body contouring is classified as a “miscellaneous personal service” in the US. So at a national level there are currently no requirements. Next you need to check your State requirements.

Often, you will only be able to find if it is regulated or prohibited and no information available for if it is ok to provide.
